A $100 USD / person non-refundable registration fee is due when you book a trip.
What do My Fees Pay For?
We understand that your travel plans may change. The registration fee is non-refundable; however, 70% of the program fee can be refunded up to two weeks prior to your arrival date. The program fee becomes non-refundable as of two weeks prior to your arrival. Exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances such as medical reasons, accidents, death in the family, etc (proof must be provided, and refunds are subject to our discretion). We are dedicated to planning your Treetop experience well in advance, and hope that we can except the same level of commitment from you.
Visa, flights, travel to Chiang Mai once in Thailand (we will provide you with the different options you have depending on your budget), travel insurance (mandatory), vaccinations, souvenirs, trips and tours you do while in the country, transfer from Chiang Mai at the conclusion of the program, spending money (approximately $50 US is enough for basic weekly expenses).
